Virtual Doorman® --

• Building Access Control
Have peace of mind knowing that only authorized tenants and their guests can enter the building:

A Digital Access Control system will manage building access by locking all entry doors to the building. |
| - |
Tenants gain access to the property by presenting a proximity card to a reader located at specified doors. |
| - |
Doors may be individually programmed to allow access to only certain people at certain times of the day. |

A
card reader may be installed inside the elevator and allow tenants to
access their own floors as well as public cellar area. This would deny
all points of entry to any intruders and prevent them from accessing
the building, while also providing a time record of any tenants who use
their cards for authorized entries. |

An
additional card access reader may be installed to protect the tenants’
package room for example, as well as a designated storage area in the
cellar which may eventually be converted into a refrigerated “Fresh
Direct” room. In the event of “internal theft,” there would be a record
of which tenant entered these areas, which would also be backed up by
video camera verification. |
Choose between two options regarding system control:
| 1. |
Local
System Control: With this option, you will have a PC located on your
premises, which will be used to control your system. This unit will be
used to add and delete cardholders, grant and deny access privileges
and make other system changes. A Virtual Service technician will
initially program the system. We will provide full training for system
users. |
| 2. |
VSI
Remote Managed Control (Recommended): With this option, you will not
have a PC on site. Virtual Service will completely manage your system
including cardholder management, periodic system maintenance, software
upgrades and full manufacturer service. To add and delete a user or
make any other change simply email or call Virtual Service and we will
make the modification. |
With either control package the system will
behave the same. All users’ access levels can be individually
customized to the specific floor or set of floors you have specified.
• Video Monitoring
Video Monitoring continues to be one of our most effective solutions for providing a total security solution.

Indoor
Monitoring (lobby, elevators, mantrap, cellar): In almost every indoor
monitoring situation we encounter discretion and aesthetics are our
watchwords when choosing cameras. Our indoor mini and micro dome
cameras provide high-resolution images while remaining barely
noticeable to the average person. For elevator applications, we install
corner mounted, wide angel cameras to offer full car coverage in the
small area. |

Outdoor
Monitoring (front entrance, roof, garden): Our high-resolution auto
iris cameras perform exceptionally well in all lighting and weather
situations bringing a clear, strong image to the digital recorder. |
In the event of a crime, all video footage can easily be burned to a CD to be given to the police.
• Visitor Management
Our intercom system would present the visitor with a printed list of
tenants to choose from. When a tenant is selected, the intercom will
connect the visitor to a tenant in that specific apartment. That tenant
will then be able to use a button on the intercom to temporarily unlock
all the building’s front doors granting access to that visitor. In
addition, the tenant will be able to follow the visitor visually as
they enter the building, using the building’s various cameras which
interface with our intercom system.
An additional intercom unit would be installed and connect
with our Virtual Doorman®; in the event the tenant wasn’t home. When the
visitor dials the Virtual Doorman®; module, the unit will call our
Virtual Doorman®;, who will either remotely allow or disallow entry to
that visitor (ie: the FedEx man), based on each tenants’ specific
instructions.

• Fire and Burglar Alarm Systems
Our intercom system would present the visitor with a printed
list of tenants to choose from. When a tenant is selected, the
intercom will connect the visitor to a tenant in that specific
apartment. That tenant will then be able to use a button on
the intercom to temporarily unlock all the building’s front doors
granting access to that visitor. In addition, the tenant will be

Example:
A housekeeper may only work from 10-7 on Monday and will only be
granted access to the building during these hours. In addition, a
tenant can have the maid’s access card shut down instantly in the event
that he or she is terminated without having the costly expense of
rekeying doors. All cards would be programmed to meet specific needs.
Any configuration you desire is available.

Note: All of our video cameras will feed into a Digital Video Recorder which will document all events.
