Management
Colin Foster
Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Colin is responsible for directing sales and marketing efforts and
works closely with all Account and Project Managers, not only on
setting sales quotas, but also on training and development to ensure
continued customer satisfaction. He works closely with the General
Manager to oversee internal operations, vendor relations, pricing and
financial management.
Colin brings more than 12 years of experience in the interactive video,
security and surveillance industries. His vision and expertise helped
drive the company to apply our expertise in interactive video
technology to the security industry to offer clients truly preventative
security solutions. He is a frequent speaker for management conferences
and business training seminars throughout the Northeast. Colin can be

Cristine Morettin
General Manager
Cristine is responsible for managing the internal operations of the
business and is the primary contact for all legal, financial, marketing
and administrative issues.
Cristine brings over 15 years of strategic marketing and business
development experience to the company. She is a graduate of Southern
Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and joined the company in 2003.
She served as a Marketing Director at Time Inc. and Sports Illustrated,
divisions of Time Warner. Prior to that, she worked as an Account
Director on various technology and telecommunications accounts at
Bronner Slosberg Humphrey (now Digitas), a direct/relationship
marketing agency, as well as various previous positions in marketing
and business development in publishing and technology.Please contact

Sales, Customer Service & Project Management
Ralph Stein
Director of Business Development
Ralph is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with
clients and prospects in the New York Tri-State Area and serves as a
vital source of product and industry information for his clients. He is
responsible for generating sales of integrated security solutions and
related products and services to clients. He works closely with
customers, product development and installation teams and our Project
Managers to ensure that all projects are seamless from start to finish.
Ralph has extensive sales experience in the security industry. He began
his career in the security industry in 1995 selling burglar alarm and
card access security systems to many of New York City's highest-risk
accounts, including diamond dealers, jewelry stores and fine art
galleries and other luxury establishments. As native of New Yorker,
Ralph has a thorough understanding of the needs of New York building
owners, managers and developers. Ralph is a graduate of Boston
University with a major in Psychology and a minor in Business
Administration.

Engineering and Technical Support
Christian Decker
Senior Project Engineer
Christian serves as the primary contact responsible
for coordinating all specification, installation, servicing and
maintenance of client projects. He is a trained engineer and a licensed
professional in installing and servicing all varieties of security and
audio visual equipment.
Christian has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bucknell
University in Lewisburg, PA and joined Future Communications in 2004
after gaining experience as a technician for Bucknell’s Information
Services and Resources department and as a site inspector at a civil
engineering firm. His engineering and technical background allows the
company to stay at the forefront of technology by integrating new
products to create unique solutions for our customers.

Charlie Bodt
Installation Manager
Charlie manages the field staff of installers and
technicians who install, service and maintain the state-of-the-art
systems delivered to our customers. His team of experts has decades of
collective experience in installing and servicing all varieties of
security and audio visual equipment. Charlie is a seasoned security
system installer with over 20 years of experience in the security and
technology industries. He has managed the installations of hundreds of
projects and ensures that each project installation not only meets the
customer's needs, but also is in compliance with state requirements.
