Virtual Doorman, a New York–based provider of virtual concierge and access control solutions for multifamily and mixed-use properties, announced today the hiring of Justin Verret as Sales Executive, as demand grows among NYC building owners for technology-driven alternatives to traditional on-site staffing.
Verret brings more than 20 years of experience in property management and real estate operations and joins the company as a former longtime client. Prior to Virtual Doorman, he served as Senior Account Manager at Blue Woods Management Group, overseeing a portfolio of more than 700 residential units and managing building operations, compliance, capital projects, vendor relationships, and long-term financial planning.
His appointment comes as multifamily owners and managers across the NYC metro area face rising labor costs, staffing challenges, and increased expectations around building security and resident experience.
